Job summary

M/s. Skanda Aerospace Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking skilled CNC Milling and CNC Turning professionals for our manufacturing operations.

We require candidates for various levels including CNC Setup-cum-Operators, Senior CNC Operators/Operators and Shift In-charges with strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, setup, drawings, programming codes and production activities.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience operating CNC machines with good understanding of drawings.
• Knowledge of G-code/M-code and tool setup.
• Commitment to safety and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines as per production requirements.
• Perform machine setup and tool setup.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
• Perform tool offset correction and make process adjustments.
• Work with G-code and M-code to execute programs.
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments.
• Ensure components meet drawing and quality requirements.
• Identify machining issues and implement corrections.
• Maintain machine productivity and follow production schedules.
• Follow safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
