Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking an NC Programmer to lead manufacturing processes, develop objectives, and execute strategies for reliable production lines. You will prepare CNC programs, study drawings and 3D models, and coordinate with tooling teams to ensure timely availability of drawings and MOPs.

The role requires 2–5 years of CNC programming experience on CAD/CAM software with Fanuc & Siemens controllers, and strong CATIA CAD/CAM expertise, with focus on quality and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or production engineering.
• 2–5 years of core CNC programming experience on CAD/CAM software with Fanuc & Siemens controllers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC programs with CAD/CAM software for CNC machines.
• Coordinate with process and tooling teams for drawings, 3D models, MOP and tool lists.
• Study drawings, 3D models, MOP, and component setups to identify machining requirements.
• Identify drawing vs 3D model nonconformities and inform engineering.
• Essential skill: CATIA CAD/CAM.
• Optimize tool paths to minimize cycle time on machines.
• Verify NC codes generated in Catia V5 using Vericut simulations and maintain checkpoints.
• Maintain technical and standard documentation for machine shop.
• Coordinate with machine operators for smooth machining execution.
• Drive and support improvement projects for cost reduction.

Job description

The NC Programmer will demonstrate leadership in manufacturing processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop & execute objectives for self & others and this will have the ability to affect short-term & some long-term business goals. Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line with understanding of a concepts, methods, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC programs with (SQDC) Zero deviation in Safety and Quality.
• co-ordinate with process & tooling team for timely availability of drawings, 3d models, MOP & tool list required for CNC program preparation.
• Study drawings, 3d models, MOP, and component setups to identify machining requirements.
• Identify drawing vs 3d model nonconformities and inform to engineering.
• Essential skill requires for CATIA CAD/CAM
• Optimize the tool path to achieve best cycle time on machine.
• Verify the NC codes generated in Catia V5 in vericut simulation software and maintain record of important check points.

• Co-ordinate with machine operators for smooth machining process execution

Required Qualifications
