Job summary

Reify Engineering in Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will handle machine cleaning and operation, maintain 5S in the work area, and monitor hourly production to update charts.

You will operate 4 CNC machines, perform part inspection per quality standards, load materials, and perform daily maintenance checklists. Knowledge of Vernier and Micrometer is helpful, and ability to work in shifts to meet targets is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read measuring instruments like Vernier and Micrometer.
• Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.

• Machine Cleaning and Operation
• Maintaining 5S in the work area
• Hourly production monitoring and updating production charts
• Maintenance and operation of 4 CNC machines
• Part inspection as per quality standards
• Material loading in the machine
• CNC machine operation
• Daily maintenance checklist updating
• Tool changing and tool offset correction
• 5M / abnormality handling
• Understanding and following SOPs
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
• Ability to work in shifts and achieve production targets
• Experience in CNC Sliding Head Machine operation will be highly preferred
