Job summary

Miraclus Orthotech Private Limited in Gujarat is seeking a production operator to feed raw materials, operate automated machines, and inspect outputs using precision tools.

You will maintain a clean workstation, document reports, hand over work during shift changes, follow safety protocols, and inform supervisors of any issues.

Responsibilities

• Feeding raw material & parts to automated machine.
• Control and adjust machine settings as per production batch.
• Inspect output with precision and measuring tools periodically and ensure no rejection.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Filling up of Inspection report, route card and Production Report.
• Perform proper handing over of work before leaving machine on shift change.
• Maintain organized, clean and orderly work area.
• Maintain Tooling records.
• Cleaning of scrap and machine as well as filling of coolant.
• Handle material and tools.
• Work under the guidance of supervisor to perform duties.
• Inform unsafe operation, defective production to supervisor immediately.
