• Competent in handling various gauges for precision checking.
• Familiarity with system document handling in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (Lathe/Milling/Turning, Tsugami, VMC, CNC, etc).
• Setup new jobs in CNC machines.
• Change programs and provide tool work offsets.
• Knowledge of inserts, drills and other cutting tools.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
• Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy using precision instruments.
• Maintain production logs and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
