Job summary

JobTrade in Shamshabad, Hyderabad is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to load, set up, and operate CNC machines, ensuring components meet specifications. The role requires reading drawings, following work instructions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Candidate should have ITI qualification and at least 2 years of CNC experience, with no English requirement. Day shift, full-time role based in Telangana, India.

Qualifications

• ITI qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Basic reading of engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to production requirements and work instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines for machining components accurately.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Check machine settings, tools, cutting parameters, and dimensions during production.
• Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Ensure components are manufactured within specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify machining defects and report issues to the supervisor.
• Carry out basic machine cleaning, tool changes, and routine maintenance activities.
• Follow production schedules and achieve assigned production targets.
• Maintain proper 5S, cleanliness, and safety standards at the workstation.
• Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Maintain proper production and inspection records as required.
