Job summary

Genius Consultants seeks an experienced CNC Milling Operator to run and monitor CNC milling machines, read engineering drawings, set up tooling, and produce precise parts.

The ideal candidate holds ITI or Diploma in mechanical or related field with 15 years of experience, and can work in shifts while adhering to safety and quality standards. Strong measuring skills and basic maintenance are expected.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field.
• 15 years of CNC milling operator experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand instructions.
• Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC milling machines per production requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Set up CNC milling machines, including tool setting and loading.
• Perform tool changes, offsets and basic parameter adjustments.
• Inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ensure components meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
• Identify and report machine or production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and proper handling of tools.
