Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years of CNC lathe experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with VMC programming (Fanuc or equivalent).
• CAM knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with measurement instruments.
• GD&T understanding is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning centers to produce precision components to drawing.
• Read engineering drawings, perform in-process checks, and maintain quality and output targets.
• Program, set up, and run vertical machining centers.
• Develop efficient tool paths, select tooling, and hold tight tolerances on complex parts.
• Inspect machined components against drawings using calibrated instruments.
• Prepare machining programs and fixtures from client drawings; optimize cycle times and support prototyping.

Full-time Ahmedabad 01

CNC Machinist / Operator

Set up and operate CNC turning centers to produce precision components to drawing. Read engineering drawings, perform in-process checks, and maintain quality and output targets.

Requirements: ITI/Diploma or equivalent · 2+ years on CNC lathes · ability to read drawings and use measuring instruments.

Program, set up, and run vertical machining centers. Develop efficient tool paths, select tooling, and hold tight tolerances on complex parts.

Requirements: Experience with VMC programming (Fanuc or equivalent controls) · CAM knowledge a plus · strong drawing interpretation.

Inspect machined components against drawings using calibrated instruments. Maintain inspection records and support first-article and final QC.

Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent · familiarity with micrometers, verniers, gauges · attention to detail.

Prepare machining programs and fixtures from client drawings; optimize cycle times and support prototyping.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical · CAD/CAM software experience · GD&T understanding.
