Job summary

Megoleck Gas Equipments And Piping is seeking a CNC Operator to operate machines under supervision, assist in production activities, and ensure component quality and workplace safety on the shop floor.

You will learn and apply machine setup, tool changes, and job changeovers, while following drawings and standards, and maintaining accurate production records to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines under supervision.
• Ability to load/unload materials and assist in setups.
• Knowledge of reading engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Assist in machine setting, tool changing, and job changeover.
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Follow engineering drawings, job specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform basic deburring, finishing, and cleaning of components in Ultrasonic cleaning machine.
• Support material movement and maintain proper identification of components.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine housekeeping.
• Report machine breakdowns, tool wear, and quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain production records and support daily production targets.
• Assist senior operators and production staff whenever required.
