Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an experienced CNC Machine Shop Head to lead our manufacturing operations in Vasai. You will oversee CNC and VMC machining, drive production planning, ensure quality, delivery timelines, and a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of leadership in precision components, hands-on CNC/VMC programming, and proficiency in Mastercam and SolidCAM, plus familiarity with CMM and Vision Measuring Systems to optimize processes and mentor operators.

• Hands-on expertise in CNC and VMC programming with a track record in process engineering and cycle-time reduction.
• Proficiency in Mastercam and SolidCAM; familiarity with CMM and Vision Measuring Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the CNC machine shop with focus on quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Supervise production of precision components using CNC and VMC machines, adhering to specifications and tolerances.
• Develop and implement job allocation and production planning based on capacity and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
• Oversee tool selection, fixture design, and setup standardization for consistency.
• Collaborate with QA to achieve zero-defect output and maintain quality standards.
• Mentor and train operators and technical staff, fostering learning and excellence.
• Support new product development and process validation with planning and engineering teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Position Overview

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience managing CNC machining operations, preferably in a precision component manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in CNC and VMC programming, with a demonstrated track record in process engineering and cycle time reduction.
• Proficiency in Mastercam and SolidCAM software is essential.
• Familiarity with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and Vision Measuring Systems is highly desirable.
• In‑depth knowledge of modern machining practices, quality management systems, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
