Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. is seeking experienced CNC machining professionals to independently manage press, die casting, and injection mold processes within the CNC section.

The role requires coordinating with planning and CAM teams to align machining plans with schedules, and hands-on work with HMC, VMC, EDM, and gun drilling. Candidates should be proficient with FANUC controls, possess strong drawing interpretation skills, and be able to prepare process planning sheets.

Qualifications

• Strong drawing reading skills with familiarity of fits and tolerances.
• Knowledge of FANUC control systems and CNC machining operations.
• Ability to independently handle machining projects and plan processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle press dies, injection molds, and HPDC dies in the CNC machining section.

• Knowledge of CAM/CAD software such as UG NX, Powermill, and Tebis will be an added advantage.
