Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with machine shop team to plan and schedule work, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental guidelines in the workplace.
• Should know cnc turning programming and vmc programming

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in a similar role within an auto components industry setting.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming (VMC) and machining processes (CNC turning).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
