Role Description The CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based at Nice Engineering Works in Sidhpur. The operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and running CNC laser cutting machines to produce components according to engineering drawings and production schedules. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine performance, adjusting settings, and performing basic preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role also involves inspecting finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, documenting production data, and coordinating with supervisors and quality teams to meet delivery and quality targets. The operator is expected to follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with the manufacturing team to support continuous improvement in processes.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and CNC laser cutting, including setup, programming basics, and routine maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspection of parts, use of measuring instruments, and adherence to quality standards.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Milling and Machining processes, with an understanding of metal fabrication and production workflows.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial Machinery used in food processing and manufacturing environments.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, production, or manufacturing engineering is beneficial.
• Experience working in a fabrication or engineering workshop, preferably with CNC laser cutting or similar equipment, is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, follow work instructions, and comply with safety and ISO quality procedures.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, physical stamina for shop-floor work, and willingness to work in shifts as required.
