Job Title: CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our production team at our factory in Vasai-Virar. In this role, you will set up, calibrate, and operate our high-precision fiber laser cutting machines. You will be responsible for transforming raw metal sheets into high-quality components according to exact engineering blueprints, utilizing nesting software to maximize material efficiency, and maintaining strict safety standards

Key Responsibilities

• Set Up & Operate: Load programs, select appropriate nozzles, and adjust laser power, gas pressure, and focus according to material type and thickness.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and DXF files to verify part dimensions and cutting requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished cut parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure zero-defect production.
• Material Handling: Safely load raw sheet metal onto the shuttle table and unload finished parts.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform basic daily maintenance, including nozzle centering, lens cleaning, and scrap bin clearing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for modifying drawings and Boarder Laser machine software for nesting and execution.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, understand G-code, and use precision measuring instruments.
• Material Knowledge: Familiarity with handling and cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long durations and lift materials weighing up to 25 kg.
• Travel Requirement: Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) to ensure easy, reliable daily commuting to the factory location.

Shift Timing & Work Schedule

• Shifts: Monday to Saturday.
• Day Shift: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and technical expertise).
• Overtime (OT): Paid at one time the hourly rate for extra hours worked.
