Job summary

Copper Strips in India (Bhopal) is looking for CNC Operators / Trainees to join our Production team. Freshers with ITI/Diploma in Machinist, Fitter or Mechanical Engineering are welcome, with on-the-job training to build a career in CNC machining and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include operating CNC machines under supervision, loading/unloading components, basic tool setting, reading drawings, and performing dimensional checks with Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of CNC machining/manufacturing experience; freshers welcome.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of CNC operation and ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines under supervision and follow production instructions.
• Load and unload components safely.
• Assist with basic tool setting and machine checks.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Maintain required quality and production standards.
