Job summary

Mekatronics Sourcing And Solution Private Limited in Pune is seeking CNC and VMC Operators to setup, operate, and monitor machines producing precision components per engineering drawings. You will load materials, adjust parameters, and ensure quality through inspection and measurement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, including CNC and VMC equipment.
• Candidates should possess practical Machining and Milling skills for producing components to specified tolerances.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and basic inspection documentation.
• Relevant technical education such as ITI, Diploma, or certificate in Mechanical, Production, or related trade is beneficial.
• Experience in a machining or manufacturing environment, preferably operating CNC/VMC machines, is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and basic CNC programs is beneficial.
• Good attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC and VMC machines to produce precision components according to drawings and job specs.
• Select and mount appropriate tools, load materials, adjust machine parameters, and perform basic edits to maintain accuracy.
• Inspect parts during and after machining and record measurements to ensure tolerances.
• Collaborate with quality team to ensure adherence to standards and production schedules.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for CNC and VMC Operators located in the Pune Division. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and VMC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and job specifications. Daily tasks include selecting and mounting appropriate tools, loading materials, adjusting machine parameters, and performing basic program edits as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Operators will inspect parts during and after machining, record measurements, and collaborate with the quality team to ensure adherence to tolerances and company standards. The role also includes routine machine maintenance, housekeeping in the work area, and following safety procedures and production schedules.
