Job summary

Cloudxtreme Hyderabad invites an experienced ServiceNow CMDB expert to join as a senior specialist responsible for CMDB design, governance and service modeling across complex IT landscapes. You will shape architecture, define data standards, and collaborate with platform teams to deliver reliable configuration data.

Qualifications

• 36+ years' experience with ServiceNow CMDB and service modeling (or equivalent CMDB platforms with strong ServiceNow exposure preferred).
• Hands-on experience applying CSDM concepts and translating them into practical implementation patterns.
• Strong understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, and governance in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with CMDB data quality remediation and KPI-driven improvements.
