Overview

Senior Associate| HRBP | People Development and Engagement| Recruitment | Learning Programs | Employee Lifecycle|

Key Responsibilities

• Test and Exam Coordination: You will be responsible for organizing regular class tests, creating question papers, and coordinating both offline and online examination processes, including:
  • Maintaining detailed records of all exams conducted
  • Ensuring timely evaluation and result publication
  • Conducting post-exam discussions, including answer key reviews with students
  • Monitoring academic progress through structured assessments
  • Coordinating with evaluators to maintain result accuracy and punctuality
• Timely and well-documented testing cycles are crucial to the student’s academic preparedness and confidence.
• Student Support and Mentorship: provide personal and academic mentorship to each student by:
  • Encouraging and motivating students through regular communication channels like WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Addressing doubts, academic concerns, and motivational blocks
  • Updating students on exam results and guiding them in areas of improvement
  • Conducting individual and group mentoring sessions to monitor academic progress
  • Creating a culture of trust and accountability in every batch you mentor
• The focus is not just subject clarity but nurturing confident and goal-oriented learners.
• Lecture Delivery and Academic Assistance: provide academic coverage through remedial classes and topic reinforcement sessions for students who missed live lectures, require additional support, or are preparing for repeat attempts in exams. Flexibility and content mastery are key, along with the ability to simplify complex commerce concepts.
• Parent and Student Coordination: act as a liaison by conducting regular parent meetings, organizing student feedback sessions and one-on-one follow-ups, ensuring transparency in progress and building alignment, and collaborating with admin for escalations or special cases.
• Material Preparation and Collaboration: assist in preparation and distribution of study materials, engage in classroom discussions, help develop student-friendly tools, and co-conduct academic discussions.

• Proficiency in written and verbal English and Malayalam
• High empathy, patience, and motivational skills
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms and digital classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
• Confidence in managing academic reporting and exam processes
