Job summary

Wakefit is seeking a Cluster Visual Merchandising (VM) specialist to drive visual storytelling in our retail spaces. You will work with the merchandising team to conceptualize and execute visual windows, planograms, 3D models, and mood boards that enhance shopper engagement.

Using Blender/SketchUp and Adobe tools, you will create store layouts and product displays, update planograms to optimize space, and monitor industry trends to inform concepts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender or SketchUp.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Knowledge of planogram development principles and experience using planogram software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing Visual window displays, planograms and mood boards.
• Collaborate with merchandising team to develop Visual window displays aligned with brand identity and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create Visual representations of store layouts, fixtures, and product displays.

Assist in creating and updating planograms for various product categories to optimize

space and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform window

conceptualization and merchandising decisions.

Generate mood boards to visually communicate concepts, themes, and design

directions for merchandising projects.

Requirements:

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Sketchup, or similar programs.

Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,

or similar programs.

Knowledge of planogram development principles and experience using planogram
