What are we looking for?

The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales targets by building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with channel partners and HDFC Life teams within a specific assigned geography.Please note that for internal candidates, Propel FLS will receive preference, in accordance with the Propel placement guidelines.

What does the job entail?

Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business goals.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to ensure the team gains maximum mindshare from distributors, meets sales targets, and increases market share.Team Leadership & Development: Regularly review the team's progress against the sales plan. Provide guidance and mentorship to help team members succeed and advance in their careers.Digital Sales Management: Promote desired sales behaviors within the team by utilizing the company's digital sales management processes.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and persistency of business generated by the team.

Work Experience

A minimum of 6+ years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry is a plus.

A graduate degree is the minimum requirement; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
