Job summary
Muthoot MCred Ltd in Kerala is seeking a talented sales professional to drive gold loan growth at branch level. You will work to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while promoting local market initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for branches are met.
- Conduct sales promotion activities in the local market to generate new gold loan customers.
- Assist branches in planning sales promotion strategies.
- Support Regional Managers in planning and organizing sales promotional events at branch locations.
- Help branches plan and conduct customer needs assessments.
- Monitor gold loan growth and address negative growth branches with remedial actions.
- Avoid Nil Pledge branches.

- Supporting Regional Managers in planning and organizing sales promotional events in Branch locations
- Help branches to plan and conduct customer needs
- Monitor the Gold Loan Growth constantly and focus on the negative growth branches and take remedial steps to promote them to positive growth.
- Avoid Nil Pledge branches .
