Job summary

SG Oasis in Delhi NCR is seeking a Cluster Manager for a leading premium bakery and cafe brand. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and sales performance across 2–4 outlets, ensuring brand standards, SOPs, and quality.

You will lead outlet teams, drive local store marketing, manage inventory and safety, and coordinate with maintenance and new store readiness to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of hospitality or retail experience, with 2+ years in QSR / cafe / bakery operations.
• Experience managing 2 to 4 outlets or acting as a senior outlet manager / assistant area manager.
• Exposure to local marketing, people management, and P&L understanding preferred.
• Strong focus on execution, guest service, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Outlet Managers and team members to build high-performing teams.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to SOPs across all outlets; maintain hygiene, safety and health standards.
• Sales & Guest Experience: Support outlet teams in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets; ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Process & Efficiency: Track and report key operational metrics; support demand forecasting and minimize wastage; oversee display standards and online menu hygiene.
• Maintenance & New Store Readiness: Coordinate with maintenance teams; support launch and stabilization of new outlets.

Role Summary:

The Cluster Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and consistent sales performance across a cluster of outlets. This role focuses on executing brand standards, driving operational efficiency, and developing outlet teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Development & Leadership

  • Support outlet teams in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Execute local store marketing (LSM) activities as directed by the Area Manager to drive footfall and brand visibility.
• Process & Efficiency
  • Track and report key operational metrics and take corrective action where needed.
  • Support accurate demand forecasting and minimize wastage.
  • Oversee in-store product display standards and online menu hygiene on platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and brand website.
• Maintenance & New Store Readiness
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely upkeep of outlets.
  • Support the launch and stabilization of new outlets within the cluster.
