Job summary

Augmont Gold For All is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple gold loan branches in Vizag or Warangal. The role focuses on business growth, branch operations, team management, collections, and strict adherence to company policies.

You will drive loan disbursement, AUM growth, and customer acquisition while guiding branch teams to meet targets and ensure excellent service. Willingness to travel across branches is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking is required.
• Experience managing multiple branches or a cluster is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of multiple gold loan branches within the assigned cluster.
• Drive gold loan disbursement, AUM growth, collections, renewals, and customer acquisition.
• Achieve cluster-level business and profitability targets.
• Guide and motivate Branch Managers and branch teams to achieve their targets.
• Monitor branch operations, cash management, gold security, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal audit requirements.
• Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to improve branch productivity.
• Monitor overdue accounts, collections, and auction-related activities.
• Coordinate with HR, Credit, Operations, Audit, and other departments.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and operational controls.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the Regional Manager.

Eligibility

• Minimum 810 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.
• Experience managing multiple branches or a cluster is preferred.
• Candidates with experience as Cluster Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager will be preferred.
