Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking.
Strong experience in two-wheeler sales and collections.
Experience in driving Commercial Vehicle and Home Loan sourcing/cross-selling.
Experience in managing branch-level business operations and teams.
Proficient in English, Hindi and Gujarati (read/write).
Strong leadership, communication, sales and customer relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with ability to manage multiple branches/business activities.
Willing to travel within Rajkot and across Gujarat.
Basic MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and drive two-wheeler sales and business sourcing across the assigned cluster.
Monitor and improve collection performance across branches.
Drive cross-selling initiatives for Commercial Vehicles and Home Loans.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
Monitor branch-wise sales, sourcing, collections, and overall business performance.
Guide and support branch teams in achieving targets.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Ensure smooth branch operations within the cluster.
Prepare and review reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Travel within assigned locations as required.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee business operations across the assigned cluster in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role will be responsible for driving two-wheeler sales and collections, developing business sourcing opportunities, and leading cross-selling initiatives for Commercial Vehicles and Home Loans.
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring business performance, supporting branch operations, achieving sales and collection targets, and ensuring effective execution of business strategies across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive two-wheeler sales and business sourcing across the assigned cluster.
Monitor and improve collection performance across branches.
Drive cross-selling initiatives for Commercial Vehicles and Home Loans.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
Monitor branch-wise sales, sourcing, collections, and overall business performance.

Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of branch operations within the assigned cluster.
Prepare and review business, sales, and collection reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational and customer-related issues.
Travel within assigned locations as required by the company.

Candidate Requirements

Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking.
Strong experience in two-wheeler sales and collections.
Experience in driving Commercial Vehicle and Home Loan sourcing/cross-selling will be preferred.
Should have experience in managing branch-level business operations and teams.
Should be able to speak, read, and write English, Hindi and Gujarati
Should possess strong leadership, communication, sales, and customer relationship-management skills.
Should be target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple branches/business activities.
Should be willing to travel within Rajkot and across Gujarat as per company requirements.
Should have basic MS Excel skills.
