As a Cluster Manager, you will lead and manage multi-hub operations within a designated cluster. You will drive operational excellence, optimize resources, manage teams, ensure compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction while owning cluster-level performance and profitability.

Entry Level (0-2 years)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and develop supervisors, coordinators, and driver teams.
• Manage end-to-end operations across multiple hubs within the cluster.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (fleet, logistics, customer support).
• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Own financial performance, cost optimization, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in operations or logistics-driven roles
• Prior people-management or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Tier‑3 city operations and local market dynamics
• Analytical, result-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
