Job summary

Jobs Territory is seeking a Cluster Manager Retail Operations to lead field-based operations in the NCR region. You will own revenue, profitability, stock control, and staff management across multiple stores, driving consistency in in-store experience and successful new store launches.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 4–6 years in retail operations, and a track record of running high-volume outlets with on-ground oversight across locations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in retail operations.
• Personally run a high-volume store.
• Background in QSR / convenience retail / cinema / airport retail.
• Hands-on with hiring & managing frontline teams.
• Comfortable across multiple locations and on-ground roles.
• Can recall ABV and daily bill count from memory.

Responsibilities

• Own daily revenue across stores (ABV + bill count)
• Drive store-level profitability & contribution margins
• Manage end-to-end store staff - hiring, training, discipline & exits
• Ensure stock accuracy, replenishment & shrinkage control
• Execute planograms & in-store experience consistency
• Lead new store launches & ramp them up fast

Who We’re Looking For

• 4-6 years in retail operations
• Have personally run a high-volume store (you owned the number)
• Background in QSR / convenience retail / cinema / airport retail
• Hands-on with hiring & managing frontline teams
• Comfortable being on-ground across multiple locations
• You know your last ABV & daily bill count by heart
