Job summary

TVS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee recruitment, payroll, training, and labor relations across the Maharashtra region.

You will partner with site operations to map manpower, manage vendor relationships, ensure statutory compliance, and drive rewards, recognition, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate has 12–18 years in HR/IR/Administration, a postgraduate degree in HR, and a proven ability to lead a diverse HR team in a dynamic logistics environment.

• 12–18 years of experience in HR, IR & Administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitments

• 1. End-to-end recruitment for executive-level roles across the region/cluster using job portals, internal referrals, and job fairs, ensuring hiring within defined TAT and timely onboarding for new/upcoming projects.
• 2. Manage salary negotiations and offer letters, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines and protocols.

Contract & Vendor Management

• 1. Identify, onboard, and manage local and outstation vendors, ensuring smooth registration and compliance as per manpower needs.
• 2. Maintain optimal blue-collar headcount across the cluster and ensure contract workforce availability as per operational requirements.
• 3. Ensure timely uploading of statutory compliance documents , coordinate with vendors for adherence, and conduct monthly supplier evaluations for legal and operational compliance.
• 4. Ensure all the CL manpower are mapped and bills are processed

Communication with internal and external stake holder

• 1. Maintain strong interaction with external customer and engaging with customer.
• 2. Lead and develop the HR team to support site operations, manage diverse HR issues, and oversee other HR activities as required.
• 3. Monitoring the coordination of monthly rewards and recognition activities.
• 4. Ensure minimum attrition rate of employees within the cluster.

Industrial Compliance & Labor Relations Management

• 1. Ensure proper handling of grievance and discipline procedures
• 2. Apply in-depth knowledge of union laws
• 3. Manage government liaison and compliance effectively.

Training

• 1. Coordinate training programs, prepare and implement the monthly training calendar for executives, and monitor adherence while managing external training coordination.

Payroll

• 1. Maintain and monitor the company's Personnel database and manage the employee payrolls.
• 2. Monthly Payroll Input, leaves, attendance, Overtime are processed with the deadline.

Accountability

• To achieve the absenteeism KPI as agreed with the customer.
• To recruit the manpower as agreed with the customer
• Coordination of monthly rewards & recognition / employee engagement programs

Education Qualification:Graduate with Post Graduation in MPM/ DLL/MSW/MBA-HR (Preferred)
