Job summary

Rooman is seeking a Cluster Executive to oversee operations across 35 sites within a cluster of colleges. The role focuses on coordinating material and manpower, ensuring smooth service delivery, and acting as the main liaison between colleges and management.

You will monitor hardware status, manage network connectivity, and promptly address technical issues and escalations to maintain reliable operations across the geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in any Streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across 35 assigned sites.
• Coordinate site visits, Material and Manpower availability.
• Act as the primary point of contact between college and management.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalations.
• Verify the operational status of all hardware components.
• Network connectivity checks to ensure stable LAN/WAN performance.
• Identification and rectification of potential hardware/network issues.
