Job summary

Pearltri Foods in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced senior culinary leader to oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

You will collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus, manage inventory and ordering, and ensure strict food safety and hygiene compliance across all outlets. The role also requires strategic planning, staff mentoring, and hands-on cooking leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree or Food & Beverage Production Certificate as stated.
• Experience: 8+ years in sous chef/head chef roles in star hotels or QSR chains.
• Cuisine Expertise: Indian and Chinese cuisines.
