Job summary

Crest Property Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Club House Executive for its Andheri property. The role reports to the Property Manager and involves managing facilities, housekeeping, security and maintenance to deliver a premium guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in premium residential properties or club management with strong communication, presentation and customer-facing skills. This is an on-site role at the property.

Qualifications

• Total experience of 3+ years in premium residential properties or club management.
• Experience in guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire club facilities including recreation spaces such as indoor games room, swimming pool, tennis court, banquets, etc.
• Independent responsibility to manage housekeeping, security and maintenance of equipment for the club.
• Manage club operations with support staff and deliver excellent guest and resident experience.
• Implement guidelines for recreation areas and maintain amenities in top quality.
• Prepare snag lists and get them rectified on priority.
• Minimise breakdowns with preventive maintenance and timely servicing of equipment.
• Provide feedback on customer queries and update customers promptly.
• Manage facility bookings, confirm availability and collect charges; issue receipts.
• Take daily rounds of the premises and report lapses/observations to the relevant team.
• Maintain inventory records, MIS/DMR, complaint trackers and dashboards.
• MIS generation and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Reconcile club income with accounts monthly and obtain sign-off.
• Prepare monthly management review deck.
• Establish relations with guests and ensure readiness in emergencies.

Salary range: 39k net take home

Clubhouse Executive is expected to conduct him/herself professionally and with tact, empathy and diplomacy, acting in accordance with the club’s core values at all times.

Section II: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role

Key Accountabilities

• Manage entire Club facilities including recreation spaces like indoor games room, swimming pool, tennis court, banquets etc.
• Independent responsibility to manage housekeeping, security and maintenance of equipment for the Club.

Operational Accountabilities

• Manage Club operations independently with support staff and deliver excellent experience to guests and residents
• Implement guidelines for recreation areas
• Maintain all amenities in top quality
• Prepare snag lists and get it rectified on priority
• Minimise breakdowns with help of preventive checking and timely servicing of equipments
• Implement best practices and SOP for operating of equipments by Club staff
• Provide feedback on customer queries and update customers promptly
• Manage booking of facilities effectively by confirming with customers availability and requite charges collected before the use
• Issue receipt for payment collected
• Taking daily rounds of the premises and reporting any lapses/ observations to the relevant team.
• Helping in activities like filing, checking and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, dashboard etc.

MIS and Reporting

• MIS generation and Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Reconcile club income and deposits with accounts team monthly and get sign off
• Prepare monthly review deck for management review

Brand & Relationships

• Establish relations with guest ability to perform required role in emergency.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors in Hospitality / Hotel management from reputed institute or Any Bachelors

Experience

Total Experience of 3+ years in premium residential properties or Club Management
