Job summary

The Recruiters is seeking an experienced Club Operations Manager in Gurugram, Haryana to lead premium club functions. You will oversee facilities, staff, vendors, and housekeeping, ensuring top-tier service, safety and hygiene, and drive engaging resident events.

In this role you will manage complaints, control costs, and prepare reports and budgets while coordinating with the Residents Welfare Association and the Club Operator to maintain standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hospitality Mgmt Graduate with 6-9 yrs in clubs, hotels and hospitality in premium projects.
• Strong team/vendor management.
• Customer service excellence.
• Excellent spoken & written English.
