BPTP is seeking a Club Manager to lead hospitality and club operations across Faridabad, driving exceptional member experience, operational excellence and revenue growth in line with BPTP's premium positioning.

The role requires strategic oversight of sales galleries, pre-opening readiness, staff onboarding, and end-to-end management of clubs, with a focus on governance, brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for existing and upcoming clubs in Faridabad.
• Oversee readiness for new clubs—staffing, licensing, F&B setup, branding, systems rollout.
• Own day-to-day operations and member satisfaction post-launch with P&L focus.
• Oversee operations of two sales galleries in Faridabad and ensure premium hospitality.
• Implement SOPs, audits, and staff conduct across concierge, refreshments, hygiene.
• Drive club-level P&L, cost controls, and monthly cash flow with KPI reporting.
• Achieve member acquisition and retention through campaigns and partnerships.
• Curate annual calendar of events and collaborations for monetization.
• Maintain high service standards across all guest touchpoints—reception, F&B, fitness.
• Lead training, performance management and succession planning for teams.
• Collaborate with Admin, HR, Projects, Marketing and Finance; present dashboards to leadership.

Job description

The Club Manager will be responsible for leading BPTPs hospitality and club operations across Faridabad, ensuring exceptional member experience, operational excellence, revenue growth and strong brand alignment. This role entails full P&L ownership of existing and upcoming clubs, strategic oversight of sales galleries and seamless execution of hospitality initiatives in line with BPTPs premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Club & Facility Oversight (Existing & Pre-Opening)

• Lead operations for:
• 1 operational City Club
• 1 operational Group Housing Club
• 2 upcoming City Clubs (from pre-launch to steady state)
• Drive readiness for new clubs – staffing, vendor onboarding, licensing, F&B setup, branding, systems rollout.
• Provide inputs on design, layout optimization and vendor/service mix.
• Post-launch: own day-to-day operations, member satisfaction and P&L outcomes.

2. Sales Gallery Management

• Oversee operations of 2 standalone BPTP Sales Galleries in Faridabad.
• Ensure premium hospitality standards, housekeeping, visitor experience and space upkeep.
• Implement SOPs and daily audits covering concierge services, refreshments, hygiene and staff conduct.

3. P&L Management & Financial Discipline

• Own club-level P&Ls, covering both pre-opening cost control and post-launch profitability.
• Drive revenue from memberships, events, F&B, space rentals and curated offerings.
• Enforce cost controls – manpower, utilities, AMC and consumables.
• Track monthly cash flow, conduct variance analysis and share strategic MIS and KPIs with leadership.

4. Membership & Revenue Growth

• Achieve member acquisition and renewal targets through direct outreach, campaigns and referrals.
• Create monetizable programs – wellness partnerships, branded events, family engagement packages.
• Monitor churn and implement loyalty/retention strategies.

5. Club Programming & Events

• Curate and execute an annual calendar of social, wellness, kids’ cultural and festive events.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners for event planning and monetization.
• Maximize member participation and satisfaction through seamless event delivery.

6. Service Excellence & Brand Experience

• Establish and maintain high service standards across all guest-facing areas – reception, F&B, fitness, pool and kids’ zones.
• Implement SOPs and conduct routine quality checks and audits.
• Manage VIP member interactions with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Reflect BPTP’s hospitality brand values across all physical and service touchpoints.

7. Housekeeping, Security & Facility Operations

• Ensure daily cleanliness, security and functional upkeep across clubs and galleries.
• Manage in-house and outsourced teams through checklists, SOPs and service KPIs.
• Deploy tech-based systems for attendance, feedback tracking and issue resolution.
• Monitor AMC compliance and preventive maintenance schedules.

8. Compliance & Controls

• Ensure 100% compliance with statutory and operational regulations – fire safety, FSSAI, PF/ESIC, labor laws and vendor contracts.
• Conduct internal audits and close compliance gaps through corrective action.
• Provide cost estimates and manage equitable apportioning for shared utility services.

9. Vendor & Inventory Management

• Manage vendor contracts across catering, cleaning, maintenance, events and AMCs.
• Conduct regular quality audits and price negotiations to ensure service reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee real-time inventory control for bar stock, consumables and event materials.

10. Team Leadership & Training

• Lead cross-functional teams – F&B, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and security.
• Design and deliver training programs on service etiquette, grooming, SOP adherence and compliance.
• Drive performance through clear KPIs, regular appraisals and performance improvement plans.
• Manage succession planning, talent development and retention strategies.

11. Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Admin, HR, Projects, Marketing and Finance to enable smooth operations and event execution.
• Present dashboards, performance insights and action plans to senior leadership.
• Act as the central escalation point for all hospitality-related matters in Faridabad.
