Job summary

Noventiq is hiring for an Azure Infra Operations role in India. The candidate will provide L1 support for Azure IaaS, configure and deploy IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, and work with Terraform, ARM templates and Bicep for IaC. Strong troubleshooting and collaboration with L2/L3 teams are required.

The role emphasizes monitoring, security, backup, and disaster recovery, with opportunities to grow in a global IT solutions provider environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and support.
• Knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services, including configuration and deployment.
• Familiarity with Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep for IaC.
• Understanding of Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN).
• Ability to monitor, secure, backup and recover Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for Azure IaaS services (VMs, Storage, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers).
• Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure incidents and escalate to L2/L3 as needed.
• Support Azure networking activities including VNet, subnet, NSG, routing and VPN troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, ARM, and Bicep.
• Configure and deploy Azure services across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Monitor resources for performance, availability and capacity.
• Implement security, compliance, backup and disaster recovery best practices.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 engineers and application teams to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical SOPs and operational procedures.

About You:

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructureoperations and support.


• Knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, includingconfiguration and deployment.


• Understanding of Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts,Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and LoadBalancers.


• Knowledge of Azure networking concepts, including routing,VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.


• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such asTerraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.


• Understanding of Azure monitoring, performance management,availability, capacity planning, security, backup, and disaster recovery.


• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with theability to collaborate effectively with L2/L3 engineers and application teams.

What you ‘ll do:
