Noventiq is hiring for an Azure infrastructure operations role in India with 2–4 years of experience. The position offers full-time work in a large global services provider environment and involves L1 support for Azure IaaS, network troubleshooting, and IaC implementation.

Candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure security, backups, and recovery planning, while maintaining documentation and SOPs. Benefits and training programs accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and L1 support.
• Basic knowledge of Azure IaaS services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, and Load Balancers.
• Understanding of Azure networking concepts, including subnets, routing, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Familiarity with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, resource monitoring, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Good troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Azure infrastructure operations and provide L1 support for Azure IaaS services.
• Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and capacity, and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents.
• Support Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IaC using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Support the configuration and deployment of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
• Follow Azure security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational records.

About You:
