Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Pune is seeking an Experienced Cloud Solutions Architect and Operations Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS operations in cloud environments. You will drive migrations, establish governance, and ensure SLA compliance across multiple apps.

The role requires 7-10 years of experience, strong incident management skills, and hands-on cloud tooling (AWS, Azure, Terraform) with programming in Node.js, .NET, and Python.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect and Operations Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience managing SaaS applications in cloud environments with full operational ownership.
• Strong expertise in incident management, problem-solving, and multi-vendor coordination.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerised architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure Stack, Terraform, and related cloud tooling.
• Programming experience with Node.js, .NET, and Python.
• Ability to lead operations with governance, strong partner communication, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for SaaS applications in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and SLA compliance.
• Drive migrations from on-prem to cloud across multiple applications.
• Establish and maintain operational governance for cloud apps and third-party SaaS solutions.
• Align cloud operations with security and regulatory requirements through governance.
• Act as primary infrastructure contact, leading incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Develop and optimise runbooks, KPIs, and partner processes for service delivery.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure SLA alignment and excellence.
• Collaborate with Service Owners, Security, Architecture, Finance, and external partners for continuous improvement.
