Job summary

Siemens in Pune is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to work across Angular frontend and Java backend, building scalable, secure applications. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

You’ll Make a Difference By

• Technological Skills
• Strong technical acumen for software design (HLD/LLD), quality delivery, mentoring, and onboarding
• Angular micro-frontend (Nx, Angular 20+, Node 24) and Java 21+ Spring Boot 4.x async microservices with unit testing (Jest / JUnit 5 + Mockito)
• Event-driven pipelines with Apache Kafka (spring-kafka, Avro serializer 7.7.x, CloudEvents; Java preferred)
• Systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis beyond code-level causes (scaling, infra, data flow)
• Containerization (Docker) and deployment on managed Kubernetes/OpenShift
• SSO and user management with Keycloak (JWT)
• PostgreSQL data solutions with reliability and scheduling (Quartz 2.5.x)
• Observability with Dynatrace and/or Grafana, Loki, Prometheus
• Security, scalability, cost optimization, reliability, and regulatory compliance
• CI/CD and code versioning (GitLab preferred)
• Preferred / platform context
• AWS (VPC, ELB, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, SQS, CloudWatch) and hybrid HA (RTO/RPO)
• Cluster and infra design (vCluster, Helm, KubeVela)
• GitOps (ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform)
• Backup/DR (Velero, S3, RDS PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
• Service mesh monitoring (Istio, Kiali)
• AWS Solution Architect and/or CKA certification
• Behavioral Skills
• 7-8 years of experience required
• Great communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and abstraction skills
• Collaborative, respectful team player in a globally distributed setup
