Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect and Operations Manager in Pune to lead end-to-end SaaS operations, migrate workloads to cloud, and drive governance across cloud apps and vendors. You will coordinate across Security, Architecture, and Finance to deliver improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong incident management.

The role requires 7–10 years of cloud operations leadership, a CS/Engineering degree, hands-on AWS/Azure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect and Operations Manager.
• Extensive experience managing SaaS applications in cloud environments with full operational ownership.
• Strong incident management, problem-solving, and multi-vendor coordination.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerised architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS), Azure Stack, Terraform, AWS CDK/CDKTF, GitLab pipelines, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Datadog.
• Practical programming experience with Node.js, .NET, and Python.
• Excellent English proficiency and ability to lead operations with hands-on governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for SaaS applications in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and SLA compliance.
• Drive migrations from on-premises data centres to cloud environments across multiple business apps.
• Establish and maintain operational governance for custom cloud apps and third-party SaaS solutions.
• Align cloud operations with enterprise, security, and regulatory requirements through processes and controls.
• Act as primary infrastructure contact, leading incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Develop and optimise runbooks, workflows, KPIs, and partner processes to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors for SLA alignment and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Service Owners, Security, Architecture, Finance, and partners on continuous improvement initiatives.
