Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Pune is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack to drive end-to-end software design and development across modern microservices and cloud-native stacks. You will mentor teams and shape architecture for scalable, secure, and reliable systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Angular, Java Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud tools, with a global, collaborative environment based in Pune.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years of experience is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and abstraction skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong technical acumen for software design (HLD/LLD), quality delivery, mentoring, and onboarding.
• Angular micro-frontend (Nx, Angular 20+, Node 24) and Java 21+ Spring Boot 4.x async microservices with unit testing (Jest / JUnit 5 + Mockito)
• Event-driven pipelines with Apache Kafka (spring-kafka, Avro serializer 7.7.x, CloudEvents; Java preferred)
• Systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis beyond code-level causes (scaling, infra, data flow)
• Containerization (Docker) and deployment on managed Kubernetes/OpenShift
• SSO and user management with Keycloak (JWT)
• PostgreSQL data solutions with reliability and scheduling (Quartz 2.5.x)
• Observability with Dynatrace and/or Grafana, Loki, Prometheus
• Security, scalability, cost optimization, reliability, and regulatory compliance
• CI/CD and code versioning (GitLab preferred)
• AWS (VPC, ELB, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, SQS, CloudWatch) and hybrid HA (RTO/RPO)
• Cluster and infra design (vCluster, Helm, KubeVela)
• GitOps (ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform)
