Job summary

Indmax It Services in India (Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore region) seeks a Monitoring & Incident Management Analyst to 24/7 monitor IT infrastructure, triage alerts and coordinate with teams to prevent outages.

You will use PagerDuty, Kibana and Grafana to track performance, log incidents, and follow defined event and incident management processes. Prior basic knowledge of AWS/Azure and Linux administration is preferred.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure.
Linux Administration and Shell scripting.
Moderate knowledge in Grafana and ELK.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet & JIRA.

Responsibilities

Monitor alerts 24/7 using PagerDuty, Kibana & Grafana.
Perform alert triage and monitor servers, databases, backups & batch jobs.
Handle failures/outages, log incidents and follow Event & Incident Management.
