Job summary

Team Computers is seeking an AWS CloudOps engineer to operate and optimize AWS Control Tower, account factory design, and service control policies. You will configure logging with CloudTrail and Config, run security tooling, and build CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline/CodeBuild integrated with Bitbucket.

You will author IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK, support ECS/Fargate workloads, manage ECR, and implement monitoring with CloudWatch.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience configuring AWS Control Tower and OU design.
• Strong knowledge of Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector and centralized logging.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline/CodeBuild and Bitbucket.
• IaC development using Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK.
• Container workloads on ECS/Fargate with ECR management.
• Monitoring with CloudWatch; incident response per SLA.
• Backups, DR testing, and FinOps cost governance experience.
• Multi account AWS operations experience; on-call rotation readiness.
• Multi-cloud awareness (Azure/GCP) is a plus.

• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
• AWS certification preferred (DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty, or Solutions Architect).
• Comfortable with 24x7 on call rotations and SLA driven incident management.
• MSP or managed services background.
• FinOps and cost optimization experience.
• Exposure to Azure/GCP (multi cloud awareness).
• Experience with DR testing and RTO/RPO planning.
• Familiarity with SOC monitoring environments.
