Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer to manage cloud-native applications on AWS, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub, and monitor systems with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK Stack, and Logz.io.

The role involves troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with development, testing, and infrastructure teams on release and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services and monitoring tools.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Exposure to Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK Stack, and Logz.io for observability.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile processes.

Monitor application and infrastructure health using Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK Stack, and Logz.io. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure high system availability. Work with databases and message queue technologies to support distributed applications. Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams for release and deployment activities.
