Represent the Clinical Education Facilitator team in the country and provide clinical support to customers, ensuring they are confident in using the Aesthetic Portfolio safely and effectively. Responsible for the country strategy and execution of Customer Education and Training activities, conducted in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with the code of ethics and local and international standards and regulatory requirements for medical device, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products.
Key Responsibilities
- To be an expert on the aesthetic and clinical uses of Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators and Hyaluronic acid products, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and competitors through regular, continuous review.
- Understand customer needs and formulate an educational journey plan for each customer.
- Formulate educational journey plans for target key accounts and discuss with the Clinical Education Training Lead.
- Work with Clinical Education Training Leads to determine customers' clinical needs and provide clinical facilitation support.
- Align Global Customer Education and Training strategy with local affiliates, ensuring local implementation of the strategy and compliance with global and local regulations.
- Plan and execute training events in the country, overseeing country training plans, execution, and follow-up based on segmentation and targeting.
- Handle speaker selection, briefings, and onsite support.
- Track and follow-up on training outcomes.
- Leverage best practices across the region.
- Support product launches within the region, collaborating with local affiliates, Global Marketing, Global Business Unit, and Global Commercial Excellence teams to prepare and execute launch plans.
- Assimilate and apply new job-related information in a timely manner.
- Remain receptive to feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Background in science, pharmacy, nursing or a related healthcare degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in aesthetic sales or a similar clinical facilitator role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Previous clinical practice in aesthetics is preferred.
- Previous employment in an international pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 3–5 years.
- Experience and proven ability in a field‑based, external customer‑facing role, including leading and conducting educational and training events.
- Ability to create tailored, value‑added solutions and advice for customers.
- Commitment to staying current with developments in facial anatomy and trends in the aesthetic industry.
- Experience compiling, analysing and disseminating scientific information.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an independent contributor and as part of a team.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work cross‑functionally and cross‑culturally.
