Job summary

Alive Institute of Aesthetics invites an experienced Aesthetic Trainer to deliver theory and practical training across our professional programmes. The trainer will cover skin science, anatomy, laser technologies and equipment-based procedures, explaining complex concepts clearly in class and hands-on sessions.

You will prepare lessons, demonstrations and assessments, ensure safety and equipment readiness, and collaborate with faculty to update curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or recognised professional qualification in aesthetics, cosmetology, nursing, allied healthcare, life sciences or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with aesthetic treatments, lasers or equipment-based procedures
• Previous experience in teaching, training, mentoring or conducting practical demonstrations
• Strong understanding of skin, basic anatomy, treatment protocols and equipment safety
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable conducting both classroom lectures and practical sessions
• Ability to prepare presentations, lesson plans and training material
• Professional, patient and confident while working with students.

Responsibilities

• Teach subjects related to, basic anatomy, facials, laser technologies and machine-based aesthetic procedures
• Demonstrate the correct and safe use of aesthetic equipment
• Explain treatment protocols, indications, contraindications, hygiene and safety requirements
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations and other training material
• Assess students through practical demonstrations, assignments and internal evaluations
• Contribute to the development and regular updating of course content
• Ensure that training equipment, products and classrooms are prepared before each session
• Maintain attendance, assessment and other academic records
• Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for batch planning and smooth delivery of programmes
• Support institute workshops, demonstrations and educational events when required
• Stay updated with new equipment, technologies and practices in the aesthetics industry
