The candidate should have a nursing degree/diploma and experience in dermatology or premium aesthetic settings, with strong clinical skills and a patient-friendly approach to care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma required (GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in dermatology/cosmetic clinics.
• Strong hygiene, sterilization and infection-control knowledge.
• Excellent patient communication and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and procedural assistance to doctors.
• Independently manage medifacials, facial massage, HydraFacial and laser hair removal.
• Assist during aesthetic procedures including PRP, microneedling, Botox injections.
• Prepare sterile trays and maintain environment; document patient care and treatment records.
• Handle pre- and post-procedure patient prep and care.

About the Role

Regen Aesthetics is looking for a skilled and professional therapist with prior experience in dermatology/aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, maintain excellent hygiene and patient care standards, and be comfortable assisting in advanced aesthetic procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent)
• Minimum 34 years of experience in a dermatology, cosmetic, plastic surgery, or aesthetic clinic setup
• Strong understanding of clinical hygiene, sterilization, and patient safety protocols
• Professional communication skills and patient-friendly attitude

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Clinical & Procedural Assistance
• Able to independently manage medifacials, facial massage, hydrafacial, and laser hair removal
• Assist the doctor during aesthetic and invasive procedures including:
• - PRP procedures
• - Microneedling
• Botox and injectable treatments
• Prepare procedure trays and maintain sterile clinical environment
• Handle pre- and post-procedure patient preparation and care
• 2. Technical Skills Required
• Blood drawing / venipuncture proficiency
• Operating centrifuge machines for PRP preparation
• Basic knowledge and handling of:
• - HydraFacial systems
• - Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) machines
• 3. Clinic Operations & Hygiene
• Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and proper upkeep of procedure rooms and equipment
• Maintain infection control and clinical safety standards
• Assist with inventory and consumable management when required
• Maintain proper patient records and treatment documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury or premium aesthetic clinics preferred
• Understanding of aesthetic dermatology procedures and patient counseling
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Detail-oriented with high standards of professionalism and grooming
