ISAAC Luxe Aesthetic Clinic in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Dermatologist to diagnose skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns and perform advanced cosmetic procedures. The role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication, and a patient-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will hold MBBS with MD/DNB/DDVL/DVD in Dermatology, be registered with the Medical Council, and may have a fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB/DDVL/DVD in Dermatology.
• Valid Medical Council Registration.
• Fellowship or certification in Aesthetic Medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
• Diagnose dermatological conditions and recommend evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including Botox, Thread Lift, PRP/GFC Therapy, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Pigmentation Treatments, Acne & Acne Scar Management, Skin Rejuvenation, Anti-aging treatments, and supervise laser procedures while ensuring patient safety.
• Maintain complete patient documentation, treatment records, consent forms, and clinical notes.
• Monitor treatment progress and provide post-procedure follow-up care.
• Handle medical emergencies related to dermatological and aesthetic procedures, if required.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and skincare routines.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
• Diagnose dermatological conditions and recommend evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including:
• Botox
• Thread Lift
• PRP/GFC Therapy

Quality & Compliance

• Follow clinic SOPs, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of lasers and aesthetic devices.
• Adhere to NABH/clinical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Business & Team Responsibilities

• Work closely with counselors, therapists, and front office teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Support treatment planning and package recommendations based on patient needs.
• Participate in training sessions, CMEs, workshops, and product updates.
• Contribute to patient education initiatives, awareness programs, and marketing activities when required.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB/DDVL/DVD in Dermatology.
• Valid Medical Council Registration.
• Fellowship or certification in Aesthetic Medicine is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology.
• Hands-on experience with injectables, lasers, anti-aging procedures, and advanced skin treatments. Modern aesthetic clinics typically expect proficiency in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures alongside dermatology expertise.
