Job description A Clinical Specialist role focuses on educating aesthetic professionals and Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and beauty solutions. Ability to conduct detailed guest consultations, assess skin concerns and treatment goals, and recommend appropriate aesthetic services and home-care products. Capable of educating clients on treatment benefits, expected results, and aftercare guidelines.

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on building client trust, enhancing guest experience, and achieving sales targets through personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Training ProgramsCreate training materials, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and competency assessments.
• Update training content based on new products, clinical evidence, or regulatory requirements.
• Deliver Clinical Training
