Job summary

AIWC (Max Group) in Gurugram seeks a Wellness Centre Manager / Wellness Coordinator to oversee wellness centre operations and client relations. The role focuses on service coordination, appointment management and ensuring high quality experiences for clients seeking therapies, packages and wellness services.

The candidate should have relevant experience in health/wellness hospitality and possess strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to drive centre revenue and client

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Medical/Healthcare, Wellness, Ayurveda or Hospitality is mandatory.
• Experience in clinic/wellness centre operations, customer handling, service coordination or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Sales, package conversion, retention or team management experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations: Manage day-to-day centre activities, appointment schedules, staff coordination, facilities and smooth service delivery.
• Client Experience: Ensure a seamless client journey, handle queries and grievances, collect feedback and maintain high service standards.
• Client Counselling: Understand client wellness requirements and explain relevant services, therapies, packages and pricing.
• Revenue Generation: Drive enquiry conversions, package sales, renewals, upselling, repeat business and achievement of centre revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups, personalised engagement and retention initiatives.
• Appointment Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nutritionists and other professionals to ensure timely consultations and services.
• Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock, consumables, equipment and procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure hygiene, safety, SOP adherence, confidentiality and compliance with organisational processes.
• Business Performance: Monitor revenue, conversions, client satisfaction, operational costs and resource utilisation; identify improvement opportunities.
