About Vishwanand Kendra

Vishwanand Kendra is Pune's first Integrative Medicine & Research Centre, dedicated to delivering patient-centric healthcare through the integration of Ayurveda, Yoga, Physiotherapy, Homeopathy, Nutrition, and modern diagnostics. The organization follows a unique \"Best of All\" approach, combining traditional wisdom with evidence-based therapies to promote holistic wellness. Vishwanand Kendra is also recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) and has an established research wing in integrative medicine.

Role Summary

The Center Head will be responsible for the overall leadership, operations, business growth, and administration of Vishwanand Kendra. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong experience in Ayurveda-based healthcare, wellness center management, and business development. The incumbent will ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, team performance, and sustainable revenue growth while upholding the organization's vision of holistic healthcare.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), Ayurveda, or related discipline.


• 1015 years of experience in Ayurveda, wellness, hospital, or integrative healthcare management.


• Proven experience in center management, business development, operations, and team leadership.


• Strong understanding of Ayurveda and integrative healthcare business models.


• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.


• Ability to drive growth while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction.

Preferred Industry

Ayurveda Hospitals, Wellness Centers, Integrative Medicine Centers, AYUSH Healthcare, Healthcare Chains, or Multi-specialty Hospitals.
