Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager with 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing key client relationships, leading customer success teams, and working with clients in the SEO or digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Customer Success team to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals.
• Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure high customer retention.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
• Track customer health, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
