Responsibilities

• Support the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day client communication.
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, Technology, and Production teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), presentations, and campaign reports.
• Track project timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Assist in campaign planning, execution, and delivery across digital platforms.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support client recommendations.
• Learn and understand digital marketing services, campaign workflows, and agency processes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for digital campaigns.
